You don't have to carry it on your own.
Anxiety, stress, low mood, grief and the weight of past trauma can quietly take over. Support is about lightening that load, understanding what's going on, and finding steadier ground.
When you're in the thick of it, it can feel as though this is just how things are now. It isn't. With the right support, difficult feelings become more workable, and the parts of life that have narrowed can open up again.
I bring more than twenty-five years of clinical experience to this work, and a calm, trauma-informed approach. We'll go at a pace that feels safe, use approaches that genuinely suit you, and keep sight of the life you want to be living.
Some of what people bring to me.
This isn't a checklist to fit yourself into. If what's weighing on you isn't here, it's still worth a conversation.
If you need someone right now
This site can't offer crisis support. If you're in distress or worried about your safety or someone else's, please call Lifeline on 13 11 14 (24 hours) or 000 in an emergency. You matter, and help is available.
Looking after mental health at work.
Most of us spend a large part of our lives at work, and mental health doesn't stay at home. I help teams and organisations respond well, reduce stigma, and support the people in them.
I run workshops, seminars, training and coaching on workplace mental health: how to recognise when a colleague is struggling, how to have a supportive conversation, and how to build a culture where people feel able to speak up before things reach crisis.
Sessions are tailored to your team and setting, whether that's a small business, a community organisation, or a group of managers who want to support their people better. Practical and grounded, never a tick-box.
Awareness & stigma
Understanding mental illness at work, and gently unlearning the assumptions that keep people quiet.
Supportive conversations
How to notice, reach out, and respond to a colleague or team member with care and confidence.
Training & coaching
Workshops and seminars tailored to your team, plus coaching for managers who carry responsibility for others.
Reaching out is often the hardest part. The rest we take gently, together.
Tell me a little about what is going on. There is no pressure and no obligation, and I read every enquiry myself before replying.
